Kundalini Activating Guided Practice

Leola guides us through the 7 chakras, using the pelvic floor muscles to arouse kundalini energy for cleansing, healing, and manifestation. When combined with other yogic and tantric techniques, this exercise can arouse your kundalini energy which leads to expanded states of consciousness, healing, and general well-being.
